This is the first of two Paleo Diet Challenge assessment WODs. We will be doing this exact workout in 6 weeks to see the progress that is made from healthy eating. After the last weekend of eating sugar, processed carbohydrates and who knows what else, it shouldn't be hard to improve on the time you make today!
Jim and Rudy did their assessment WOD's today, and there was NO SANDBAGGING!
