In CrossFit, we seldom train the Bench Press. Why? The foundation of CrossFit is functional movement. Squat, lift, press, push, pull- these are all things we find ourselves doing every day outside of the gym, while laying flat on a bench and pressing weight up is an unlikely movement to see outside of the gym. Why do it at all? It'll help our pushups, and just in case a refridgerator falls on us!
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
12 Ring dips
