You may or not be aware, but we have been tracking every WOD we've done since moving into our new box. As our member base grows, it becomes a bigger chore for us to track everyone's workout and individual scaling. There is now a link on the left side of the page to the LogWOD site, and if you have a smartphone, you can easily bookmark the site for easy access. Please take a look at the site, set up and change your password if you need to, and begin to log your workouts. We will continue to record and log the workouts for the time being, but we want to transition everyone into recording their own ASAP!
