I got my first muscle up last night!! Just wanted to say thanks again for everything this winter. I still shock myself every time I do pull ups in a workout because 4 months ago I could barely do any. I'm stronger and faster in so many workouts. Overall I feel better about my lifestyle and fitness level. As a golf professional I think Crossfit is great for golf. It's the first fitness regime I've been through that combines mobility with such great strength gains. I feel stronger and more balanced hitting golf shots.
