Congratulations to Scott for bringing home the crock pot full of goodies and winning our Paleo Diet Challenge! It should come as no surprise, as he maintained the best points for his meals throughout the 40 days. This is yet another example of "you can't out-train a bad diet!" Scott is not going back to his old ways now that the challenge is over, either. He knows he has work to do, and is committed to getting it done! Way to go, Scott!!!
