We are going to start a 12 week strength cycle which involves back squats and front squats on the same day, two times a week. The cycle uses percentages of your one rep max lifts. Many of you do not know what your 1RM's are, so we are going to find our Back Squat 1RM today, and Front Squat 1RM on Thursday. I hope everyone can make it in to do their lifts!
