Here is a little video about the movement standards for today's WOD, the CrossFit Total. Make sure you know what is required. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone lift heavy today/tonight at the potluck! We will have a few official lift racks where each person will get 3 attempts at a max after warming up in a separate area. Only lifts at the official area will count towards a total, no more than 3 attempts at each!

Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
