We take the the approach of "Mechanics, Consistency, Intensity" very seriously at Foundry. We will teach you the movements, make sure you perform them well and consistently before we ask you to go heavier or go faster. CrossFit is for EVERYONE!

Our new Intro to CrossFit Package is the only way to get started. Three one-on-one private training sessions with focused instruction at a beginner's pace allow for many levels of fitness to participate. You don't have to be fit to get started, but you have to get started to get fit! Complete three sessions, and you're ready for CrossFit group classes.

Attend any CrossFit class that fits your schedule for the remainder of your 6 week membership (up to one per day). After that, unlimited monthly membership is $185/month on a month to month basis or $175/month for 4 month commitment. 2X/week memberships are also available.
