We take the the approach of "Mechanics, Consistency, Intensity" very seriously at Foundry. We will teach you the movements, make sure you perform them well and consistently before we ask you to go heavier or go faster. CrossFit is for EVERYONE!

Our Full membership plus 3 Private Sessions is the only way to get started. You choose from: month to month billing ($210/month) or 6 month commitment ($200/month). We also offer a discounted rate for your spouse/domestic partner. Our one-on-one private training sessions with focused instruction at a beginner's pace allow for many levels of fitness to participate. You don't have to be fit to get started, but you have to get started to get fit! Complete three sessions, and you're ready for CrossFit group classes. These sessions are covered with the $99 sign up fee.

Attend any CrossFit class that fits your schedule for the remainder of your membership (up to one per day).
