RX

AMRAP in 12:00

2 Rounds:

     50 ft Weighted Walking Lunge

     16 Toes to Bar

     8 Power Cleans

2 Rounds:

     50 ft Weighted Walking Lunge

     16 Bar Muscle Ups

     8 Power Cleans

Etc., alternating between Toes to Bar and Bar Muscle Ups every two rounds.

Men use 50# DBs

Women use 35# DBs

***For the Foundry Open, you must achieve 1 Bar muscle up for an RX score.***

Great job on 17.1 everyone! There were some really great moments from last week! Getting together and cheering each other on is what this whole CrossFit thing is all about! Can't wait to see what this week brings!
