Foundry CrossFit is located on the North-East Corner of Washington St and Country Club Dr in the Dunn-Edwards shopping center. Our clean, air conditioned 4500 square foot facility always gets compliments and there is plenty of parking.
If you would like to drop in from another CrossFit affiliate please search for the class you wish to attend (on the Schedule/sign in page) and register for it! No email required.
