Friday, December 21st @ 6:00pm will be the 1st annual Foundry Crossfit Ugly Sweater Christmas Party! Wear your ugliest Christmas sweater, feel free to dress up your outfit(santa hats, reindeer antlers, christmas pins, earrings,etc..) as much as possible! Bring the whole family, we will have Christmas cookie decorating for the kids. It is also the only non-paleo potluck of the year! We will be doing the "12 Days of Christmas" Wod in our lovely outfits before getting down on some grub!
