Starting Next Monday, May 30th, we will be opening up a CrossFit Class 5pm class Monday, Wednesday, and FRIDAY. This should be perfect for those of you who get off work early and are unable to peel yourself off the couch once you sit on it, and for anyone who needs a Friday night WOD!
Also, starting Sunday May 5th, we will start an Open Gym on Sundays from 9-10:30. This class will be at our convenience (meaning we may cancel from time to time) but is a great time to come and work on something you suck at, or to hit a workout you've been losing sleep at night thinking about.
