Upholding the standards at last weekends CrossFit Games Regional Competition. If the movement wasn't full range of motion, it didn't count! Do you ever redo a rep that you know wasn't good, or do you let it slide? Do you do make sure it's right even if no one is watching? It can be tough to redo a pull up at the end of the WOD when your chin didn't get over the bar, but shorting a rep only hurts you and I believe integrity is more important than a fast time.
