Get ready to learn a new sport! On Saturday (after our 9am WOD) we're heading over to Fritz Burns Pool in La Quinta for a pool workout. We hope to get started at 10:15. Jolie will lead the group through technique and breathing instruction and we will finish up with a Swimming WOD.
There is a $3 fee to use the pool, and you will need to bring a pair of goggles and a swim cap if you have long hair. Speedos are optional!
