Five rounds for time:
Run 400m
275 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
20 Burpees

Complete with a partner. Both team members must run, only person may do deadlifts/burpees at a time.

Remember, we're meeting ay Fritz Burns pool in La Quinta at 10:15 for our first pool workout. Unless you're incredibly confident about doing two WOD's in a row, pick one or the other! (Or roll the dice and see what happens!)
