Here are photos of the whiteboard from our Back Squat 1RM (on top) and Front Squat 1RM (not on top) efforts. Some of you remember your 1RM's and are awesome. Others forgot, and are less so. Others wonder, "what's a front squat?" and make me sad. Use these numbers in the excel spreadsheet I told you to download in the email and get ready to squat tomorrow!
